"We used NuLook Home Service to repair a section of textured drywall in a garage ceiling, damaged du to a water leak, and to repair two failed areas in the subfloor of a bathroom. We had a very positive experience. Within minutes after submitting a request for an estimate, David (the owner) called me to discuss options. I should note that, not only was David really quick to respond, none of the other companies to whom I requested estimates bothered to contact me at all. David was able to look at pictures that I sent of the ceiling and bathroom floor and provided an initial estimate. It looked like the project would take two days to complete. We confirmed an appointment to complete the work for the next day following my initial quote request. I really did not expect service that quickly. The NuLook crew (Joe and Jay) arrived in the morning. They were both great to work with and patient with my questions. Joe and Jay completed the work very efficiently and with great quality! "In the late Spring of this year, Mike van de Bossche and his crew at Earth-Wood Arts created a new hardscape (whole new porch, steps, walks) with pavers and a beautiful new landscape in the front of our house, designed and installed to match and complement the work previously done by them (2012 ) in the back of our house.  They included dramatic outdoor lighting as part of the landscaping and completely changed the look of the house, day and night
Mike has a good eye and gave us good advice on design. Neither the front nor the previously done back was a particularly easy space to revamp. There was a lot of tear-out work that was done very well, quickly, and cleaned up after.  Earth-Wood Arts' crew is a fine group of people to have around, polite, professional, and collaborative.  We had a plan in the fall of 2013, but in early Spring 2014, Mike spontaneously brought us a completely new plan and told us he had given his original plan a lot of thought and believed it could be done with a much better aesthetic outcome, still working within the budget he knew we had.  We agreed and bought the new plan in its entirety.  
The pavers, landscaping, hardscape design and installation, and lighting in front and back are now all complementary.  We get compliments on the new work from almost everyone who visits our house.  We have enjoyed the fire pit, and the extremely low maintenance landscape design in the front not only looks great, it requires almost nothing from us to maintain.
Mike or his top representative showed up at every critical juncture, just as they did with previous work.  When some designated plant material was unavailable, their expertise allowed for substitutions that are just as beautiful and achieved the desired look as well as the original plan would have done.  When some plants looked less robust than the others, Earthwood removed and replaced them on their own in order to assure a good outcome.  The drainage and downspout runoff has always been a problem and they design and installed a new French drain system that solved a 25 year-old problem. It is a beautiful installation.
You can probably pay less, but I think Mike and his crew's years of experience were were important and worth paying for given some of the uneven elevations and drainage issues on the site that they solved, and I feel that the pricing was very appropriate to the service, design work, efficient and professional installation of the hardscape, pavers, outdoor lighting and landscape."

"I talked with Greg Garrison, one of the owners, over the phone about the type of tile I liked, and he brought out a few boards (since I do not live close to Avon). I absolutely loved one of the tile selections for the floor! He had really tracked exactly what I was looking for. I bought the shower tile from another vendor because I had already chosen these. Greg promptly gave me a quote for the floor tile, and for the installation of the floor and shower tile. I made the downpayment. His company began the work on the exact date they said they would. He came out periodically to check on the work, and talk with me to see how things were going. He gave me pointers on grout selection and sealers. The installer was a true artisan. My shower and floor are gorgeous! Greg is a very nice person, is primarily concerned with the customer being satisfied, sells quality products, and hires professional installers. There were many times I was not at home when they were working, and I felt comfortable. This is not normal for me. Ours was not an easy installation. As often happens, there were some unforeseen contingencies. Nevertheless, he stuck with his original estimate, was courteous, and apologetic for any delays or inconveniences, even if they were not his fault. I give this company my highest recommendation."

"TRU Marble recently completed a project installing new granite countertops in our kitchen.  Victor was very prompt, courteous and professional throughout the project.  He was always available to answer any questions we had and guided us through the various steps and procedures during the project.  Victor also made sure we were informed of all the different options available to us.
We were impressed with Victor's crew members Antonio and Daniel as well.  They worked very hard and made every effort to protect our home while they worked.  They also did a good job of cleaning up after the project was completed.
We were so pleased with the new kitchen countertops that we hired the TRU Marble team to install a new granite surround for our fireplace as well.  We would definitely recommend TRU Marble to anyone considering new stone, marble or granite projects in their home.
