"I was skeptical since I had never heard of or used a company that would clean and seal your tile. Met and talked to a few others who said they could do it and then Cliff called from Trinity. He is knowledgeable, informative and I felt he so comfortable over the phone I knew he was the one to hire even though I had not had an estimate from him. He came on time, checked the work out and even tested an area to make sure it would work well before he even quoted me. A very fair price that beat everyone elses. You should see the result! "I have had several other companies clean my white sofa, but they could never really get it clean.  Fiber experts not only got it clean, much to my surprise, but the price was good.  I was ready to have slipcovers made for it because it looked so bad, and the fabric was not that old ......the problem it was off white.  I don't know what they do that the other guys don't do, but it works.  The one thing the guy that came out seem to really sincerely want to try and help correct my problem. I wish I could remember his name, but he has worked for the company many years.

"Was transferred to Matt immediately the day I called to inquire about an estimate.  Matt was extremely professional and courteous.  Was able to come to my home that day and did a walk through with me to see what my needs were.  Within only a couple of hours he had emailed me with the estimates, I immediately set up an appointment time for his staff to come in the next week and get started.  All of his staff that showed up were extremely polite and professional.  Matt was here both days to help and supervise.  He was able to get out a deep rust stain that had been on a bathroom sink for years. The cleaned the house from top to bottom, including all of the baseboards and door frames in the home.  He had me do a walk through with him both days to make sure I was satisfied.  Told me that if I notice something later that was missed to let him know and he would gladly take care of it.
I have 2 cats that are extremely afraid of strangers and vacuums.  Every one was very understanding and respectful of that fact that they will be locked up every time they come to clean and not to enter the room that has the door closed. I feel very comfortable with them in my home.
