The PBA crew did work that was not only conscientious, it was masterful. They replace all of the rotten boards first, then applied the new siding, and covered all of the sills, soffits, etc with custom molded solutions. They didn't just cover things up with siding, they fixed the issues first. They caulked around all the windows, offered to replace our outdoor lighting at no extra labor charge, and installed cool looking borders around our exterior outlets and fixtures. Stepping back into the yard, it looks like a new house, and viewed up close, you can see that the crew knew what they were doing.
