"Ranch Roofing replaced our roof, repointed and reflashed the chimney, and replaced two skylights about 10 years ago. Bob and his team did a fabulous job! However, I recently noticed the flashing along the chimney was pulling away from its base, and so I called Ranch Roofing to take a look at it. Roy was super responsive insofar as not only did I get a callback within 24 hours, but the problem was taken care of within a week! Everything--from initial and on-going communication via Liz, to price, to the quality of the work itself, to the friendliness of the workers on site--was excellent! Jason even agreed to come a little outside of their normal service area to respond to my request for a careful inspection and minor repairs where slate tiles were either missing or slightly out of place. And after the inspection and repairs were done, he provided a written report with photos on the condition of our roof (which is excellent), and what we will need to do in the future to maintain its good condition. "It went very well.  The owner, Richard Farina, suggested using an "architectural" shingle, which is heavier and should last for 30 years as opposed to 20 for most other types of shingle.  They installed Grace ice and water shield up to a distance that we requested. <br /> <br /> We had one small leak this past storm on the front porch from the front corner of our bedroom dormer.  They were very responsive and came back the same day called and applied additional caulking between the roof shingles and the siding shingles, where a gap had been created.  I was pleased with their prompt responsiveness."
