"The sales representative, installers and project coordinator were great. The sales representative came back out by our request to show us a new style vinyl tile that we decided was better than our first pick. Installers were on time, moved furniture and cared about their work. Project coordinator called after installation and BEFORE installers left to see that everything was to our satisfaction. It was!"

"Dustin from Empire did an excellent job, he and his crew were very professional. I will request Dustin when I have other flooring installed by Empire."

"We could not be happier with our new floors! In spite of the challenges our installation presented, Cortez made our new floors look like they have always been here. The team from Cortez flooring removed our old flooring, installed the new floating floor and shoe molding. We were impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. Gabriel fixed a shoe molding mess created by another installer where our new floor meets the older flooring. It was a pleasure having them in our home."

"It was good. Communicates pretty well. They do a great job"
