From the guy who did the estimate to the ladies in the office to the men who did the actual repairs, all were professional & thorough. "The fence was installed satisfactorily, but we requested a certain kind of post caps but were given another (not a huge deal, but still we didn't get what we asked for). But, because the fence abutted our basement bilco doors they had to remove one of the door handles. They proceeded to break both of them. I reported this to the company and they asked that I send pictures, which I did. The company has never replaced or compensated me for the broken door handles.

It was not a huge fence line, but it was about 310 linear feet. We are very happy with the price as well as the fence. The available payment options were what we wanted to see in the offer.
