They even caught that our floor wasn’t level which would cause the planks to “pop out” over time. They provided a quick and proven solution and then were back the next day to lay the flooring. They were agile and very efficient with the completion of the job. The sales team and scheduling/planning team were very easy to work with and made sure we, the customer, were satisfied during the entire process. "Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."
