Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. "Mr. Beeler actually slipped in to examine job in between jobs in the area. He took his time in making sure the mortar color would match for repair work. Examined whole house to see if other work needed to be done - he invented nothing more than what we wanted. Everything was done within a week, we didn't need to be there. Advised before pay, examine and if issues he'd come out and repair. Very satisfied, have already recommended to next door neighbor who saw him working while we were away.
