"Andrew had the most expensive quote of the three contractors. During consultation, he disturbed the current landscaping in the process of discussion (which is not necessarily a good thing). He is a good sales person, and will suggest many additions to your project, which may not be within your budget. There was a lack of communication when the project began (no call from him when he had problems, and his voicemail was usually full - could not leave messages). He does nice work, but it simply was above my planned budget. We talked about regular landscaping, but I am still awaiting a quote."
