Dave repaired storm doors and front and back doors that had been poorly installed. Cost was reasonable. "The workers themselves were consciences workers but they needed constant supervision. They dug up a couple of perennials Inspite of elaborate instructions to the contrary. Jared does not provide them equipment either. I had to give them them hand tools, leaf handling tools and gloves. We routinely put 4 cubic yards of mulch on the property in spring --so I know what it looks like. Jared had me pay in advance for 5 cubic yards. What he arrived with wasn't 5 cubic yards. It was about 3. It wasn't enough to finish the yard so he wanted yet more money. From his perspective the written estimate meant nothing. I felt I was badly taken advantage of. <br />"

"The job went well as planned. They did the haul away and set the posts in concrete and then came back later to install my fence. Also, when I drove up to the house during the project, I noticed that a section was obviously not set level in the concrete. Apparently they had sloped this one segment on purpose, but I told them I'd like it to be level on top. They were able to quickly straighten the section because the concrete was not completely hardened. About a month later, a bunch of the caps on the fence posts blew off in the wind. I called the company and they sent out the crew the very next day to apologize about forgetting to glue the caps. They fixed it that very minute with new caps."
