"ALF Plumbing technician Rolando arrived around 11:00 am as scheduled. He was very professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. He educated me about how the sewage is set up and how he was going to use a "minor" snake to unclog the pipes that move the garbage from the kitchen. I watched him as he worked and appeared to know what he was doing. He finished the job promptly and showed me how the pipe-line was clogged by grease and fat with his camera.
