Buyer expects Seller to cover this cost. Called the company twice in the morning with no call back, called in the pm and finally received a return call from ALAN. He asked if I called him without identifying himself or his company. When asked about the transferral fee, I was curtly told it was 10% of the cost of the job. Since we spent almost 15,000, we believed this to be unreasonable (1,500). I called Roy Frazier twice and he refused to call back. No explanations.
