Shipped the required part at no extra charge directly to my house within a week. Stayed to visit with me and chat about care for my classic but high-quality gas dryer with great advice about keeping it going and how to know when the day will come when it must be replaced. Showed up exactly on time. I am VERY impressed! When your classic old appliance needs just enough expert service to keep it going a couple more years, THIS is the guy to call. Note: This was a REAL dryer built with real hardware electrical circuits (not a computer pretending to be a dryer) so it lends itself well to service by an experienced serviceperson that knows the laws of physics and reality.
