This included digging a trench with a couple of catch basins, as well as the more laborious task of removing our patio and regrading around it. I worked with Ian to also get a new stamped concrete patio put in to replace the old one. Although there were delays on the concrete due to supply chain issues, Ian kept in great contact through the entire process and stuck with it to ensure that the job was done correctly. Time lines were delayed and delayed again and delayed again. I am happy with the main build but finishing the smaller projects did not seem like a priority. Some of these projects had to be redone as the initial job seemed rushed and shoddy. Communications was primarily through text and there were times I felt a face to face conversation would have served us all better. "
