"Green Bridge Designs was a referral from my neighbors. One that had them do a remodel and another neighbor had just had a smaller job done. I met with the owner, Paul who was very helpful because he offered a solution that fit my budget. A double window was removed and replaced with exterior siding and mid century wood paneling inside. I never liked having the window so it was a great idea. I am not an expert but the work was clearly explained, all my questions answered, and Paul was proactive, considerate, and what I would definitely call a master carpenter. Inside, I can not tell any difference between the old and the new paneling and floorboard. The exterior siding looks original. Also, it was nice that the wood was stained and dried off-site prior to interior installation due to the lingering stain odor. I am at least the third referral from Mayfair and Green Bridge Designs definitely has my vote for all future projects, big or small. Green Bridge Designs was easy to work with, offered me an innovative solution to keep me on budget with their reasonable rates. Very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend!"

"I hired this crew to replace some windows in my house that were dated and had some damage. Dan and his team were very mindful as they removed and replaced the old windows not to make a mess or damage anything on the property. I was grateful for this since I have 2 dogs, it's nice not having to worry about a bunch of broken glass from a careless crew. They replaced 5 windows and replaced the siding on the house in those areas. The windows look great inside and out and haven't had any problems with leakage or standing water on the sill. 10/10 would hire again!"

"They removed four foot fence. Replaced it with six foot privacy fence and install the dog door. They are a family team and great from the estimate to completion. They were easy to communicate with. The shed is located behind the Memorial Gardens being completed now to be dedicated to First Responders and medical staff we walked in the similitude of Christ sacrificing their lives, hope, comfort and peace to all those throughout the covid pandemic. The sad that this wonderful young man worked on although it contains Tools looks like a tiny Country House out in the middle of the Woods with cedar siding and trim. That's a beautiful job. Due to lack of equipment we are in the process of complaining the grounds work and water features the shed was a very important garden structure and had to look beautiful and provide a visual asset to the garden."

"I hired Josh after interviewing 4 companies to sand down my entire deck and use a stripper, power wash off the stripper and apply 2 coats of stain/sealer. He was not the cheapest bid by far but I could tell he was the best one for the job because I wanted top quality work. You would be hard pressed now days to find someone who takes so much pride in their work to where I would almost call him a perfectionist! He also fixed a number of problem areas I had on my deck and made it look better & in one case more sturdy. Also added a hand rail and touched up a spiral staircase. I wish I had before and after pictures to attach because the difference is amazing. He also spent a lot of time staining a variety of colors across my deck so we could make the right color choice. The final choice was completely different than I originally planned. He then had to sand off all the colors he put out there before finishing. I also had him clean & seal my driveway/patio. He did a fantastic job on both."
