He is so thorough in his inspection that he brought things to our attention that urgently needed to be fixed such as broken rafters and a missing exhaust pipe. Unfortunately for him, that meant a delay of nearly a year while we had things repaired so that it would be safe for his crew to replace our roof and gutters. During those 11 months, Licio stayed in contact and helped in any way that he could. He is quick to respond, always willing to take his time to answer questions and as I mentioned, extremely thorough. The whole process was professional from the bid to the work.
