"I reached out based on a referral from one of the local synagogues. I met with the owner of Europall, and he told me he would repair every hole around our building. He kept his promise. Not only did he repair every hole, but you can barely tell there was a hole in the first place! They color matched 20+ year old paint to the point you cannot even tell work was done. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had woodpecker holes that I was not confident could be repaired. Europall took care of every woodpecker hole, and every other blemish on our building. I am in charge of a property management company, and can confidently tell you, Europall does quality work at an affordable price. I plan to use them for my own projects, and I highly suggest you do the same. I am beyond impressed with their quality of work. "We just used Bear Mountain Custom Painting to completely repaint the exterior of our house, including restaining our back deck and fixing wood rot issues on our cedar shingle siding. The work quality was exceptional from the entire team, starting with the sales coordinator (Zach). We had received several estimates from other companies and Bear Mountain was right in the middle, but we chose Bear Mountain because of their superlative reviews and the expertise that was immediately conveyed by Zach (who did a much more thorough survey of the house for wood rot issues, and also knew correctly that cedar siding needed to be stained rather than painted). Whereas other companies proposed just filling in wood rot with Bondo, the philosophy at Bear Mountain is that to make a durable repair, the rotten wood should be removed completely and replaced with rot-proof materials (PVC or pressure-treated wood). Having had previous bondo repairs of wood performed by the preceding homeowners fail, we were really impressed with the excellent carpentry work performed by Bear Mountain Custom Paiting. The work crew, led by Higi, was fantastic. Higi was a wonderful communicator, and any issues (like windows painted shut) were immediately rectified. Due to cold weather and rain, the crew couldn't work for several days, and this was always communicated to us in a timely fashion--they then would often bring a larger work crew the next day so as to finish the project on time. We were thrilled with the quality of the final work, as the house looks fantastic and we are confident that it will remain in excellent condition for years! They took care to clean up the site thoroughly at the end of the job, and took extra precautions to make sure that our exterior cameras were fully protected. This is an honest company of exceptional professionalism, and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others."

"JMR Home Services came out to provide an estimate. Brian was very nice and professional. He also followed up with me after a day or so. Eventually, JMR lowered their estimate to match other estimates I received. We scheduled work to begin, there were two workers who arrived about 10 am. They did a good job covering the floors, etc. They had to fill and sand some areas. They finished the first day around 5:30 and the same for the next day. They completed the work in two days but they did have to come back to fix a portion of the ceiling. I needed it done the very next day and they made sure they were back out to get it corrected. All the ceilings turned out smooth and painted nicely."

"The whole process went very well. I had asked that they come on the days when I would be here and they did. It did rain and they covered everything very well & quickly until the rain stopped. I am so used to checking on workmen all the time to make sure they don't make mistakes. These people did not make any mistakes. (A first time experience for us.) At one point, a piece of plywood wasn't cut exactly to fit. BUT before I could say anything, it was replaced with an exact fit."

"The work they did a good job at one of my houses. I used them again and they did not do as good as job. I got upsold on the work. I had to pay for more square footage. There was a problem with the chimney caps and did not plug up all the bird holes. I asked and they also said they would replace the gutters and kept finding things to charge me more for. They did not get the quotes right on a majority of the work done. Communication could be much better since different people handled different aspects of the job."
