"Got quotes from two other companies - both lacked professionalism in their quoting process (neither followed up to see if we wanted to purchase either.) Invisible Fence was more expensive, but met price of other vendor when asked. Installation was easy and efficient. Training of dog was good. Were 1/2 hour late to second training, but spent good amount of time with us to do actual training. Would definitely ise them again!"

"Excellent.  Very professional & knowledgeable, on time, very nice,& great attention to detail.  I've had a hot wire and invisible fence before.  They were able to install my new fence quickly without any drama.  It worked great immediately.  They also worked with me on some "extras" I needed  for assistance dogs" that I train.  Also, I love their system.  In the past my German Shepherds were smart enough to out-fox the invisible fence.  The dog watch system prevents that behavior.  Clearly, who ever designed this system did some careful  "thinkin".  It has a lightening protection ground  and other nice extras in the system's design.   They thought of everything. <br />"

"Fence products were great—problem was they installed in the rain and we’re in a hurry, that ment shoots work dirt left piled up at bottom of fence they said “ I didn’t pay for removal of the dirt”, they (office personnel—Kerry-) I would of paid that second I have concrete/cement on my fence that I have been trying to remove no luck—I have called office a number of times and left messages and still no reply—they take your money but don’t take responsibility. My neighbors post on our neighborhood site about needing someone to install fencing and I tell them stay away from Imperial—very disappointed with them and will let Home Depot know today since I went through them for the job. "Andy & I spent a lot of time discussing issues with the previous fence... rotting posts, wind, section removable, etc. Andy said he could install a movable section of the fence for easy removal, space boards slightly closer for more privacy, install extra (3rd) horizontal board, etc. He then wrote up a quote but did NOT mention any of the above issues. When it came to installing, Shane and Antonio were doing a very good job and very polite. However, when it came to installing the boards they were not closer...Shane contacted Andy who came to discuss. Short of calling me an out and out liar, he said we never discussed any of those issues. He said he could install the boards closer but would charge more. I said I was not paying more. His answer was to put some (very few) boards closer together. In a text he said 2 3/4" to 3". That was his way of trying to satisfy me. I went out and measured the board spacing... they vary from 2 3/4'- to 4". No consistency what so ever. I do NOT blame Shane... he did what Andy instructed him to do. Add the fact they left a big slab of concrete from old post which should have been removed. After a week, it has not been removed (Andy did say he would remove today though). Though the fence doesn't look bad the spacing is not consistent. Also, had I not watched out, the section of the fence that should have been removable would not have happened. Thanks to Shane though, he did make the adjustment even though Andy did not instruct him to do so. My advice: IF YOU USE THEM... GET EVERY DETAIL IN WRITING AND WATCH WAS IT IS INSTALLED!!!!"

"Robert installed an underground electric fence for our two dogs. The line was buried, and crossed the driveway via the concrete crack; which was neatly caulked. Installation of the electrical box was into the garage. The wire running into the garage through the wall was in conduit, and the installation very neat. "Two weeks ago I searched on Angie's List for someone who could remove our old shower doors and install new ones. I saw the listing for Super Handyman Service and sent an email describing the service required and requested a quote. Within 5 minutes I received a call and a quote. I agreed to the service and we scheduled a date for the doors to be installed. A few days before the appointment I received a followup call to confirm the service and let me know Jay would be doing the work. Jay called me the day of the appointment to let me know he had picked up the shower doors and was on his way. Jay was professional, pleasant and courteous but best of all he knew what he was doing. Jay cleaned up after he was done and all that was left behind was a beautiful job and a happy customer."
