"I was very impressed from the start, when Joe explained how his business worked.  He answered the phone right away, and said he had availability to move us on a date we requested, which was a Sunday afternoon, 2 weeks away.
He explained how his business worked, with different scenarios, where we could drive the U-haul, or have them drive.  By using the U-haul truck system, we believe we saved a great deal of money.  
I completed an online questionnaire, which allowed us to tell them the inventory to be moved, so they can get a sense of the size of the job.  The questionnaire was simple and easy to complete.
Once Joe received and reviewed our survey, he called back the same day, and gave me an estimate of cost, and options for dates and times.  He e-mailed us a breakdown of the cost, and suggestions for moving, which were very clear and helpful.
The day of the move went smoothly.  They called and gave an estimate of the time they could meet us at U-haul. My husband met them there, filled out the paperwork, and they drove the van to our house.  Casper was the main contact, and his crew worked quickly and efficiently.  They were courteous and professional.  When they packed the truck and unloaded the items into our storage space, my husband was impressed with their ability to load everything securely in these small spaces.  We were worried that we didn't have enough room, but they were able to make it work, and were very organized.  
We highly recommend them, and would do business with them again.

"They were fantastic.  They listen & were careful w/ my elderly disabled father's apt., and when there were problems, they coped without complaining.  They had to deal with a completely different installation, a shock to us because it was the same bldg. Different wall materials, layout, etc.  They helped us find solutions even apologized when they could not find a way in one room but had several suggestions for needed materials. They will get the job when I am ready to fix that room.

"Juan provided an estimate that was very low, but while walking through the house he spent a lot of time pointing out all the things he would NOT be able to do (including 2 of my bathrooms, garage doors, and some other minor things) - meaning I would have to hire someone else for these items. As I was looking for a single contractor to handle all activities, this could not work out.
Also, estimate was suspiciously low given the amount of work, and was given verbally over the phone - nothing in writing, despite request. This was suspicious to me. I just did not feel confident going with this company.
