"Purchased regrout deal on Angies list, Glenn called me half hour after purchase, set up appointment for week after. Came to house 9:00 in morning worked through till work was done. I had a few shower wall tiles that were lose and I felt water was probably leaking through, that is why I decided to regrout. I showed Glenn the tiles that were lose, he found about a dozen more that were lose, he removed all the lose tile and cleaned behind them and put them back in place. Glenn regrouted the whole shower and I was amazed, the shower looked brand new. I was going to spend a fortune and redo the bathroom, but I sure am glad I just decided to regrout. Glenn knew what he was doing and he explained the whole process. I highly recommend him and will be calling him for future work. <br />"

"carpets came out okay, but he wasn't able to get the edges so you can see all around the room where the carpet is still dirty by the walls. There was nothing in the house when he did it. The tile/grout didn't even look like it was cleaned. I was able to clean it with grout cleaner and a grout brush. The video on his website where it shows how awesome it comes out is what I expected, but it wasn't even close. The price was good for the carpets, but the tile/grout was a complete waste of money. I originally booked him to do my condo that was being sold, but cancelled after he did the new house, because I was able to do a better job with my bissell carpet cleaner."
