"The valley on my roof was funneling all the water towards a gutter that was too short.  Lance roofing came in, replaced and added the shingles that needed to be replaced and installed a diverter.  Now all the water runs to the gutter like it is supposed to.

"I have owned several rental properties for over 25 years, so I have worked with a few roofing companies. Ray is in a category by himself. From the free estimate with photos of my roof damage, through job cleanup after 3 layers of shingle removal and new shingle installation, Ray was the ultimate professional. I view him not as a roofer who became a businessman, but a businessman who started a roofing company. He is knowledgeable and personable. My experience with Ray and his busness ethics was top notch. I highly recommend Ray's Choice 1 Roofing company."

"I went from storm damaged shingles on my roof to brand new shingles with decking. The folks here are a class act! They helped me with my insurance claim, stayed in contact, were upfront and honest with me on each step. Their crew did an amazing job...even as it started to rain. I absolutely recommend American Home Tech!!"

"A neighbors tree fell on my house necessitating roof patching, shingle blending, and gutter replacement. We were not able to be present for the estimate and work. Professionally gave me verbal walk through of all repairs to be done and a very competitive bid price. Their repair work was very high quality and backed up with photos of all work and the finished product. If you chose them you will be highly satisfied."

"There guys did a great job putting a roof on my new house there was a mix up with the shingles on the delivery time but when they arrived their guys went right to work started laying shingles at 3:00 p.m. and was cleaned up and gone by 7:00 would definitely hire them again for any Roofing that I would need done"

"Ryan did an excellent job on roof repair. Blends in perfectly."

"After an understandable delay for rain, the crew arrived early in the morning to beat the heat. The roof was removed by 8:30 A.M. Lots of bad decking was discovered and replaced. While looking at the bad decking another problem, broken vent pipes, was discovered. They were able to have a plumber come and repair that before the put the decking down. Once the decking was down the men really started to work. Justine estimated that the job would be done by 6:00P.M. In fact they were finished and ready to leave by 5:30P.M. I was impressed by the efficient way the crew worked. And the cleanup was very good. They had several large magnets to find all of the nails that may have missed their cleanup. If I ever need a new roof I would certainly use this company again and I would recommend Curant Construction, LLC to anyone in need of a new rood."
