"With every job they've done in my home, they have impressed me with the punctuality, work ethic, and professionalism of every crew member. They arrived on time. They were respectful. They cleaned up at the end of every day. They involved me at every step (e.g., Is this grab bar at the right height? Do you prefer narrower grout lines for this wall tile?). "Do not use this company they have a bad return policy! I ordered Schluter stair nosing and they did not order until a week after I was in the store. The people in Cincinnati were very rude and said they would not refund my money after I had called repeatedly to see if they had come in. $551 is what they charged me and said they were not going to refund my account. "Made contact via email and received prompt reply from Bryan Schul. Arranged for him to come to my home to see the project and provide estimate. I met with other contractors as well and I opted to move forward with Bryan. He gave me helpful suggestions and together a proposal was agreed upon. He was able to accommodate my timeline as I did all of the demo and purchased the tile. Project included new flooring with inlay heating and new shower. He and his crew did a fantastic job and their attention to detail was superb. Curt was the primary tile guy on the job and he is truly an artist! We couldn’t be more pleased with the final result. It was clear from the start that ensuring customer satisfaction was a priority. I highly recommend Schul Tile and will use them again."
