After all the approvals, I was then contacted by the project coordinator, Tressa. All the necessary information was provided to me by her to schedule and plan accordingly with the scope of work. Tressa made sure I was satisfied with the work after the repairs/installation and any necessary adjustments were quickly made. The installation crew was always on time, finished the job in a short amount of time, and did a fantastic job with the process and cleanup. I never have worked with any contractor that had to deal with the insurance company, and I was amazed at how much Storm Guard exceeded my expectations for great service. Also, there was interior damage caused by a leaky window that was also addressed by Storm Guard. I didn't think I would get approval for the work, but with their expertise working with insurance, they made it happen. Approval was given for a small drywall patch and the entire interior was painted to match the new paint. To sum up, I am extremely happy that I discovered Storm Guard. I don't believe that any other company would go the extra mile to ensure that the insurance company doesn't cut you short on your coverage. I have always wished to make this home my own, and they did that by choosing my new colors for the roof, siding, and interior paint. "Remodeled Dining room and addition including removing two large windows in addition, framing in holes and installing new siding. Removed closet out of Dining room. Put drywall over brick face in addition.I supplied stained trim but door and doorway to addition stained by New Leaf. Did great job picking out wood and staining doorway. They installed all wood trim including chair rail and new LVP flooring. Refinished stair to kitchen painted. Also did some light electrical in moving and installing outlets Workers were professional and worked efficiently. I was very happy with time frame of work (three weeks) Wyatt was very quick to come back out and repair a few minor difficiencies. Overall very pleasant experience and first contractor I have had that did not have my anxiety levels off the charts by time job was done.
