"I i’m only writing on here because I don’t know what to do our experience started out great Hayden the technician that came out for us was amazing cannot say enough nice things about him however things got weird when I tried to call yesterday and their phone lines were down and it said Verizon announcement 24 for your call cannot go through when I googled what announcement 24 meant it said some thing about needing to make payment I’ve had a skunk in a cage for two days now I have left six voicemails got a call back yesterday from a guy who I might’ve been a little snippy with I did ask for a discount for the inconvenience he said he couldn’t I then said OK go ahead and come out and take care of the skunk and I’ll talk to my husband to see what we need to do from there he said OK nobody showed up yesterday and I have called multiple times today and gotten no response and no communication the skunk has been in the cage for going on two days now to me it’s inhumane the fact that they pellet gun it and you have to deal with the stench is absolutely horrible I called another company that said they remove it and gas it which would be much nicer because the smell after a skunk is killed is absolutely horrible. I don’t know where else to turn at this point I wrote a message on Reddit to the owner and I’m sure I’ll hear back but this has just gotten crazy and I am extremely upset… that’s fine if they can’t offer a discount for the inconvenience of there phones being shut off I get it but it doesn’t hurt to ask but for a company to have our credit card info on file and to blatantly Not get back to you when you have a live animal in a cage is just wrong I will be glad to update this review if the situation is straightened out but this is absolutely ridiculous So far we have spent just about $600 with them"

"It pains me to write this review, but I think it's important for potential customers to know what happed to me so that they can avoid this. I had a backup in my sewage line and it contaminated two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms was a 1/2 bath connected to a larger laundry room with uniform, layered tiling throughout the entire space. ServPlus came to clean up, sanitize, and remove contaminated material. They removed all the tile flooring in the 1/2 bath by basically just cutting the layers of tile out - leaving the remaining tile layers exposed in the laundry room portion (about 2/3rds of the space). Prior to doing so, it's critical to do an asbestos test - this is pretty basic stuff, esp with the age of the home and the layered older tiles. I thought this was a professional & knowledgeable company and didn't even think to question that they had done this testing. This has been an extremely long process, and I finally just got to the point where a reconstruction company was ready to order replacement materials and reconstruct the bathrooms. They asked for the asbestos results of this space and I come to find out that ServPlus never did ANY testing. Not only that, but when I finally did test for asbestos, I come find out that there was 30% asbestos in the tiles. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed on many accounts. First - I've been doing laundry in that room for months - where it's moist and dry and I've been breathing in this potentially toxic material since it is completely exposed. Second, now this has further delayed the reconstruction company because now I have to get yet another company in to remediate the asbestos. Third and pretty concerning - when I called ServPlus to ask about the testing I received no apology - they just calmly stated that the guys never bothered to test for asbestos."

"Don’t waste your time or money. Called for attic rats. Was told that the issue was old and the rats are gone, which was completely incorrect. They treated for mice (which we still have) then told me that to treat for rats would be an additional $800. When a dead rat was found, the service person refused to remove it stating, “[they] didn’t want to get their clothes dirty.” Bait and switch service. No pun intended. I’ve never been unhappier with a service in my life. I will never use this company for any reason whatsoever."
