"Bob agreed to repair my deck in September of 2024. I gave him a check for half down ($2,745). The company cashed check. Promised work would start in two weeks. Didn?t start. I kept asking and he kept saying two weeks. In May of 2025 he said he can?t do the job and he would refund my $2,745. It?s now August 12, 2025 and he still hasn?t refunded my money. "There was nothing precise "Precision" Construction see my images. There are mistakes on almost all aspects of the project. They failed inspections 2-3 times from the borough and built it a whole foot shorter then our agreed to design and drawing. Lowlights include: - Crooked things everywhere - Gaps in the boards - They made the posts to short top to put on caps with handrails. Instead of fixing, they left unprotected splintering 2x4s on the stairs - The fascia board is is coming off. You can see daylight through it - Left more then a hundred of nail and screws around my brick patio and parts of yard. Still finding them. I have a pool, and lots of bare foot kids in this area. - No miters or outside corners - didn't buy end trex boards for stairs or other locations (showing ugly grooves and ends) See my images, this deck is small and I don't have enough characters to type mistakes and can only have 10 images. Awful. Avoid at all costs."

He answered his phone calls, showed up on time (for both the estimate and the install), and worked very hard each day—10+ hours each day. He finished the job on time and in the estimated timeframe. We had spec’d and purchased all of the materials, including Azek tongue-and-groove porch flooring, RDI aluminum railing, Wolf PVC column wraps and Screen-Eze screen system. While some of these materials were new to Amos, he quickly acclimated to the proper installation of everything, including a screen door with pet flap. He was always gracious and accommodating to any design requests. We enjoyed having him work on our project and would hire him again."
