Rick was out to do an inspection the same day we contacted him and came back the next day to do the treatment. He only sold us what he really felt we needed to take care of the problem. In addition to giving us very good pricing on the bed bug treatment, he was also able to treat a small ant problem and gave us a very good price on that since he was already at the house. <br /> To sum it up, with Rick at Truly Nolan you get top notch service,  good pricing, very professional service, helpful communication, and generally a really nice guy. He showed up on time when he said he would and was able to remove the skunk from under our shed immediately which required pulling up some of the plywood flooring. He also used a solution to help mitigate the odor and made suggestions on how to prevent future occurrences and offered to complete these for an additional cost. Responsiveness, timeliness, professionalism and great communication is what we received and this is why we will use Backyard Wildlife Solutions again should the need arise.
