He matched a the colors and railing of small deck off the bedroom to our new deck.  He made a couple of recommendations for our downstairs deck that made it look better than the one above it. He made suggestions for the upstairs deck that would improve its appearance. He did a small deck along the driveway and installed a railing system to make it easier to walk on. Johnathon recommended a decorative handrailing that his the ultiliity railing. We have gotten so many compliments on it and we love it! "It went great! This was the first time we ever used Angie's List to hire a handyman and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Tyler of Jaworski Remodeling. We had some lights to be installed and an area behind our dishwasher that needed closed/sealed up. Tyler arrived when he said he would. He was very courteous , polite. and respectful. He took great care to clean up each work area before moving on to the next. In total, he ended up being at our home for approximately 4+ hours, and he never once stopped working until the job was completed (no breaks/lunch!) Tyler's prices were very reasonable, and we felt well worth the work he completed in our home. He even guarantees his work for one year. In summary, we were very pleased with Tyler Jaworski and will not hesitate to call upon him again for future work in our home."

"I had called 2 roofing companies and could not get them to come look at the problem.  Handyman Matters sent someone out to look at the problem the week after I called and they gave me a ballpark estimate to make the repairs.  They did not charge for the estimate.  I scheduled the work to be completed within 2 weeks of receiving the estimate.  They worked with me to schedule the work at a time convenient for me and also for when the weather forecast was favorable.  The repairman (Scott) arrived on time and began working.  He removed the siding where needed and found the source of the leak to be incorrectly installed flashing.  He repaired the flashing and also removed and replaced the shingles and roofing that had rotted.  Scott advised me the flashing was incorrectly installed and was pushing the siding away from the house all along the top of the roof.  He told me he could fix it if I wanted him to, even though it wasn't absolutely necessary.  Since he was available and I figured it may cause a problem later on, I decided to let him go ahead and fix it.  Scott had to go get some materials, but quickly returned and worked hard to get the work done just before dark (4-1/2 hours).  I had to pay a service charge on the repair visit and also a charge for disposal of the old shingles and roofing.  But I did get a $25 Angies List discount!  I was very happy to get my roof repaired before winter as the leak would have only gotten worse.  I would not hesitate to call Handyman Matters again.
