"Originally called Dutton Plumbing on the 4th of July. Had emergency blockage that need to be cleared quickly. Their Ad Boasts a 24 hour emergency service with 60 minute response time. After 3 calls to them after not getting a reply in 90 minutes after each call, I was told they were closed but they wanted $250 just to come out plus the repair fee, but it would be after 9 am the next day. Contacted Martin's Rooter & plumber thru Home advisor at 2:30 am. He was very polite and prompt. Was during holiday time and he did not receive the request till 5 am the next morning, he called at 7 am (respectable time) and was at the house in 20 minutes. He did not try to up sell any services. Fixed the problem and thanked us for the opportunity to be his customer. Will keep his number handy for next time we need a plumber. Thank you Martin Great job."
