"I first made the appointment in the late months of last year. Because of Illnesses and blustery weather, he was not able to do the job in a timely manner (understandable). He made it out to fix the gutter on a decent day in February. He Told me he would return within a couple of weeks to blow out the gutters and remove the ties that were originally keeping the gutters from hitting the ground. He never came back to finish the job. He's seemed to be friendly and approachable. But he didn't finish the job."

"Great. The 2 men who did the work were very competent craftsmen. My son in law and I did the tear out. The Saner men, put in a new ceiling w/ lighting, did drywall, hung cabinets, hooked up plumbing, reinstalled appliances, installed new dishwasher and microwave, put in countertop with back splash and laid new flooring. They did excellent work. Started when they said they would and worked on our kitchen until it was done. Cleaned up as they went, did not add any surprise charges or change their agreed on price. Mr. Saner gave us good design advice and saved us from some bad design choices on our part. The only negative: they were shorted some cabinet parts and it took 2 weeks to get them shipped to Independence. We are completely satisfied and so happy with the results."

"I was not happy with the company over all. First the service was delayed a couple of times which wasn't that bad but on the day of service I arrived home from work and found the crew but not the owner and there was not one person on site that spoke English. I had to ask my neighbor to translate to them for me. They had most of the roof done but had not installed the roof vents that were ordered. There was some fascia siding removed from a 2nd story dormer and not replaced. I called the owner and he said they had not done this, but that it was already like that. I'm pretty sure as many times as I've been on that roof and called other roofing companies for repair work that this big of a hole would have been noticed. Mr Polley said he would come back out and take care of it but never did. <br />"

We had an architect, concrete contractors, electrical, and siding contractors involved.  Natural Breeze is an extremely busy company, so start dates can and do move, but once we got locked into a start time, they started the job when they said they would and worked it through to a very successful conclusion. We love our garage, and in some ways, it's the nicest constructed part of our older home.</p> <p>We have used Natural Breeze two times since, and I will submit reviews for those experiences as well. Obviously, we had a great experience the first time, or we wouldn't have used them again.
