"Everything went smoothly from the first meeting for an estimate to the installation and completion of the roof. The workers were very considerate of the property and owner. They were extremely efficient and professional."

"Leak was fixed. They had a minimum charge, so they inspected and sealed other areas of the roof and repaired all the flashing."

"Joe Zuber, owner, responded promptly to my request for a bid. I received three bids and his was the best. His crew showed up on the date agreed, introduced themselves and worked constantly until the job was complete. They had the old siding removed and cleaned up in less than one day. The crew was extremely polite and considerate; I was happy to have them around. The finished job makes my house look very tidy and well-cared for. The new flashing and treatment of all the rot that was beginning to appear give me peace of mind that my house is in top condition for years to come. Joe is exceptionally fair and you can trust him completely to do what he says he will do."

"Out of the 3 companies that provided me with an estimate to have my gutters repaired and guards installed it was a no brainer to go with Topeka Gutter Guys. Not only were they very knowledgable and professional, but also extremely kind and honest. Right off the bat they impressed me with their response time, they came out the same day I called to provide me with a free estimate. As soon as I gave them the go to begin work, they got me on the schedule to complete the job within a couple days."

"It was great. They well timely considering our roof was leaking. They were very professional. They conducted a very through roof inspect compare to the roofer before. That report help us with the insurance claim. The result was better. We're very happy with the company."

"Vantage Point Exteriors did a great job replacing my old gutters. They were friendly, punctual and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new gutters."

"Thompson’s American Construction did a great job replacing deck materials and making my deck safe. There was extra work involved once the project got started, and they communicated with me every step of the way to get the job done professionally and in a timely manner. I would definitely work with them again!"

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
