"Mike did some siding and weatherproofing to go with a landscaping project we were doing. The landscaping job had many delays but Mike kept the momentum of the entire project going and called often to coordinate the work."

"George was prompt and worked very hard to get my door repaired."

"Problem free. Great communication. Derek did all the purchasing after we discussed what I wanted. I didn't have to lift a finger until he texted that he was outside and had completed the job. I will call Derek again when I need home repairs."

"Great. Brian and his crew were very punctual, they did the job for what they quoted me, and they did an excellent job of it. Super professional, polite and friendly. Couldn't ask for more, will be working with them again in the future.

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"He is a very pleasant guy. He was very neat in his work and very protective. There was a time when we did not have a door and he took care of it by securing it with a temporary barrier. He was timely. He brought in another person who had a lot of experience in restoration as a helper. He did a wonderful job. The door looks marvelous and I would recommend him."

"In summary I have to say Richard was  excellent!  He came when he said he would and finished the work when he said it would be finished.  As I solicited multiple bids for the work NE Renovations was among the most competitive.  As the work was completed I was so pleased I ended requesting he come back to do additional jobs.  He was very accomadating and even explained various options on how best to accomplish the additional work.

"However, as of Monday it will be almost a week since I have heard back and the only feedback I got was a promise to get back to me by the end of the day with a quote after I EMAILED HIM!
I have had so many handmen and contractors not call me back, or are unavailable. I was really excited to find someone and get started.
I felt like it shouldn't take this long to get an estimate on the work and I would rather be told straight forward that the project would not be big enough or the schedule did not work. If I am having this much trouble getting an estimate, what about the work?
We are trying to decide whether or not to put our home on the market and this price weighs in our decision."
