They proposed a series of measures to help save us money and keep our system healthy longer term, and didn't just jump to selling a new system. The area was left cleaner and more level than when they began, our system works perfectly, and they even helped patch up an ugly and shoddy rain drainage system. I had contacted a number of other firms top do this job and Brent came back with the most professional and detailed quote. He then came out promptly for a site survey- something most of the others did not deem necessary. I have worked around construction contractors for decades and pesonally feel that Fox Excavating LLC is one of the best I have seen!"

"Addendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."
