Josh Howard and Nathan Smith were great to work with getting the project setup and designed. They are very caring young men and the installer was very professional, pleasant, quick and cleaned up fantastically afterwards. I have enjoyed having a new and improved shower that is much safer now."

"*** Update. After talking with Pat at Four Seasons, they have to decided to make things right. Our windows are now going to be replaced with windows with grids. The gutters have been fixed. Everything has been fixed. Advised Pat of the major lack of communication from the sales team. Buyer beware!!! This is the second time that I have worked with Four Seasons, and will probably be the last. I called to have new fascia, soffit, and gutters installed. I told the salesman that the fascia bored was rotting in several places. He also told me I should order windows as they are having a big sale because of covid, so I did. I was told that the soffit, fascia, gutters would be done in 2 weeks. They showed on the 4th week, and the only reason they showed up then is because my constant asking when they would be out. The installed the fascia over the rotten parts. I called before they were done and the owner came out and said that would be an extra charge but we will replace the parts that are not done. They left the stuff they already cover up. When the guy came out to measure for the windows we were asked if we wanted grids or not. I told him we wanted grids. When the widows showed up they did not have the grids. My salesman said he could fix it, but it would cost $191 per window to fix it. Also, after the gutters got installed, my wife heard the installer say "wont be the first job for me to get called back to fix a job." One of the downspouts is installed incorrectly. I noticed it the next day. Here almost 2 weeks later and it is not fixed. Be very careful when ordering through them and make sure you double check the work before they leave. The communication between costumer and sales is not lacking. W I wished we had the other sales person we used before. He is no longer with the company."

"We hired JB Construction Company to do a complete remodel of our master bath. Joe was great to work with! His responses were always prompt to any questions or concerns we had. He was there almost every day to check on progress and the crews and if something wasn’t right he saw that it was corrected as soon as possible. He was more than patient with little changes that we made throughout the process. We can’t express how nice it was to be able to be confident that our bathroom remodel would be completed to our complete satisfaction. We will be hiring Joe for more projects in the future."

"They were recommended to us. Our 1/2-bath remodel was done in 2022. Watch what you pay. While their work was great, our 1-week project turned into 3 weeks plus without discussing it with us. He handed us a bill for $2,400.00 more than he bid, which we agreed to. His excuse was that it took longer to do some things than he expected. Not our problem. He kept saying no big deal and how long he had been doing this, so he should have known how long it would take to do things. We clearly outlined in writing what needed to be done. We discussed everything. We pointed out the termite damage, so he knew about that. He knew he'd have to build out the walls to put in a shelf. He threw away a wax ring for the toilet, then spent half a day driving around trying to find one that worked. His son would not show sometimes, so he said it took him longer because he needed his son help. Several days he did not show because he worked on another job. There were no hidden surprises on our end. We did not ask for additional things to be done. We stuck to our list. We bought the tile, shower base, shower door, shower head [and raised it up], new vent/light, and toilet. All they had to do was tear out the old, install the new in a half bath, and get any supplies he needed to do the job. His bid was $6,400.00, but we ended up paying $9,561.70 [$921.70 was tools and materials]. He charged us for an extra 14 hours at $160.00 per hour. His last day, he walked in and handed me a bill with the additional amount. What if we did not have that extra money? Why did he not tell us ahead of time that it was going to cost more? He just acted like it was no big deal; it was more than he bid, and we should have no problem paying the additional amount, which again, we were not made aware of and did not agree on. Of course I paid it, then kicked myself later. We should have paid what he bid, and if he wanted the rest, told him to take us to court."

From Daniel & Luis, who did the entire build and worked even on crummy weather days, Milly & Willie who painted & sealed the ceiling, Jim who hung the ceiling fan and smoke detectors, Cody on the lighting and outlets, and Christian, the construction manger who oversaw the project. Quality of work is fantastic, and stuck to the original timeline perfectly. Dave checks in everyday to make sure everything's progressing which is very appreciated especially having worked with other contractors in the past who are extremely difficult to get ahold of.
