We waited over a year from date of agreement to get work started due to demand and it was worth the wait. "*** Update. After talking with Pat at Four Seasons, they have to decided to make things right. Our windows are now going to be replaced with windows with grids. The gutters have been fixed. Everything has been fixed. Advised Pat of the major lack of communication from the sales team. Buyer beware!!! This is the second time that I have worked with Four Seasons, and will probably be the last. I called to have new fascia, soffit, and gutters installed. I told the salesman that the fascia bored was rotting in several places. He also told me I should order windows as they are having a big sale because of covid, so I did. I was told that the soffit, fascia, gutters would be done in 2 weeks. They showed on the 4th week, and the only reason they showed up then is because my constant asking when they would be out. The installed the fascia over the rotten parts. I called before they were done and the owner came out and said that would be an extra charge but we will replace the parts that are not done. They left the stuff they already cover up. When the guy came out to measure for the windows we were asked if we wanted grids or not. I told him we wanted grids. When the widows showed up they did not have the grids. My salesman said he could fix it, but it would cost $191 per window to fix it. Also, after the gutters got installed, my wife heard the installer say "wont be the first job for me to get called back to fix a job." One of the downspouts is installed incorrectly. I noticed it the next day. Here almost 2 weeks later and it is not fixed. Be very careful when ordering through them and make sure you double check the work before they leave. The communication between costumer and sales is not lacking. W I wished we had the other sales person we used before. He is no longer with the company."

"Excellent! Joe was referred to us by a professional colleague. The bottom step of our deck stairs had a lot of give. Joe inspected and showed us how the entire bottom of the stair structure had water damage and rot due to improper original build. An interim fix by another contractor had been wholly insufficient — it had only been superficial. Joe and crew fit us in and met our tight deadline for our son's graduation party and replaced the entire staircase in just two days. It was done timely and expertly. Especially appreciated were the before and after photos, as well as the detailed description of the problem, the associated safety issues, and the fix. He was also able to re-use the Trex planks — only needing to replace the rotted structural boards. The new staircase is solid! We'll now have Joe bid on a much larger project for another property. He's our new go-to guy!"
