Vlad and his crew were always on time, worked hard, cleaned up every day, minimized dust/mess in the house, were trustworthy, and true professionals. He had specific crews for demo, plumbing, electrical, and tiling. His tiling guys are some of the best in the business. Vlad was very hands on too and when he wasn't working on the house was checking on his crew several times a day giving them specific instruction. Long Version: Due to a family medical issue, I had a somewhat tight 3 month window to get three 1960s-era bathrooms, with all original fixtures (except the toilets which were replaced two years ago), upgraded and made handicap accessible. I had never had a remodel—clearly—until now. I used the Home Advisor web site, and I got 3 estimates. MONOVA Homes (MH) was the most reasonable. I went on-line (as you are doing now) and found MH had high ratings across several different ratings platforms. I saw they were local to my house (Fairfax, Virginia). Mir Aziz, the Project Manager, was helpful in thinking through my design ideas—in fact, the walk-in tub I ended up buying was his suggestion. Once work began, I was able to be home most, but not all, the time. I judge workers by this standard: Do they work as well and hard as I would if I were able to do the job myself. The foreman for my job, Ayala “Rocky” Roque, and his crew met that standard and then some! They worked efficiently, politely, and passionately, and to be honest, longer each day than I could have imagined. While I was rarely without water or at least one working bathroom during the entire project, the quick work meant I had access to my shower again in about 12 days. From start to finish, the job only took 25 days and was well within my 3-month window. The final project looks stunning and works flawlessly. Even after the final walk-through, when I could carefully scrutinize every detail, I could find no fault. I am going to attach some low resolution before and after photos of my MONOVA Homes remodel. "Initial consultation with Scott, and installation by Fabio and Joe. All 3 were professional, respectful, and very courteous. They explained what they were doing, and when an issues was found with the original construction (drywall was cemented right on the cinder block so they could not remove all of it) they presented options and resolved the situation. Beautiful walk in shower with safety features for my elderly mother so we know she can be safe when we're away. Clean up was thorough, we were very pleased with the whole process."

They brought in an architect who was reasonably priced and made suggestions to overall designs which I am so glad they did ! The project from Start to finish was on schedule which O was pleasantly surprised - these guys kept their words and their workers were always on time respectful of my property and time. I like that they always checked with me when they took major steps to double check that everyone was on the same page - they communicated every step of the way and were very careful to to do the job right. I really love the beautiful cabinets and marble countertops which were my dreams.
