"I would highly recommend Mellow Contracting for roofing. Sean is the owner and extremely knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to speak with. After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses. My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. They even caulked any exposed nails exactly as he said in his proposal. Seanâ s team is very nice and efficient and they installed the roofing system exactly how they would on a large house. After they were done they cleaned up everything and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Sean and his team. Donâ t hesitate to have Seanâ s company install your roof. "The morning after I discovered leak our condo association immediately notified Roofing & More. Project Consultant David Juntilla arrived shortly thereafter, barely 12 hours after I first noticed the leak. David’s obvious knowledge, competence and professionalism were very reassuring to me. He examined both the roof outside and our attic crawlspace, where he located at least five sources of the leak. Obviously this will be an extensive repair job for our condo association, but in the meantime, later that same day, Roofing & More sent a worker to effect temporary repairs and forestall any further water getting into my condo. In conclusion I cannot recommend them highly enough."

"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. After the work was scheduled, the crew from Cenvar arrived at the promised time and they worked diligently as a team to correct the issues we had with our current roofs per their proposal. Cenvar honored their estimate for repairs although they encountered unexpected issues which was not surprising for a structure that is 100 years old. "The roof was replaced in a day and the gutters the next. The crew was in and out and all the interactions we had were pleasant on professional. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. Everything went mostly according to plan other than needing to shift schedule due to weather. I would recommend their services to anyone."
