Had bad wood panels replaced and replaced shingles with premium roof tiles. It cost me 20 grand, but in this case, you get what you pay for, and my property value went up. The assessment of damage and recommendation for moving forward were done quickly and professionally by Shanti Smith, with particular care to ensuring that I understood the root cause of the problem and how Pond intended to redress them. When I finally agreed to the proposal to replace the roof, the process of confirming the work was made easy for me and the job was completed in one day according to a schedule convenient to me. There were a number of workers, each doing his specific specialty, and great care was taken to ensure that no damage was done to the exterior of the house and that minimum disruption took place. I will attach a photo of the work as it was ongoing. I'm completely satisfied with this, my third experience with Pond Roofing."
