"Excellent. Darryl, our project manager, was informative but not pushy. He had great insight into the process, what we needed, and how to take care of us. He did not pressure us to incorporate unnecessary upgrades and collaborated with our homeowner's insurance for us, making the process simple, painless, and easy. The install went smoothly. They were able to install earlier than estimated (by about 2 weeks) and the crew worked very efficiently, completing the work in about 5-6 hours. My only minor complaint is that they left the trailer full of debris in our driveway until about 7pm that evening, even though they were done around 12:30pm. Even at that point though, we texted Darryl and he quickly got a crew out to remove the trailer for us. Even when they made a mistake, they were very quick to correct it. Excellent customer service."

"The vent pipe was actually cleaned to a professional standard for the first time since being installed. I did not realize the level of cleaning that was possible. The tech did a super job. Our dryer now performs at a level it has not achieved since the dryer was installed. I recommend that if your dryer vent needs cleaning you should hire DUCTZ."
