"Ryan initially did an acceptable job with the overall master shower job. The problem - I requested a change in grout color along the outside of the shower area along the floor as it dried to a poor match with the original tile floor grout color . I was promised that he would come back to complete this simple adjustment using a different grout color. Simple fix! After many attempts to contact him, he has failed to call or text me back. He has totally blown this off! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't disrespect customers by making empty promises. I am very disappointed with him personally and I will not use Grout Medic or recommend the company to individuals."

"Due to a leak in my shower through the grout, I spent several weeks getting estimates. The estimates ranged from expensive shower replacement, shower pan replacement, and to finally shower repair. After weeks of searching, I finally found Marty who came to my house and gave me multiple estimates. One for a quick repair and then the other for removing the pan tile and regrouting. We chose the pan tile replacement and grouting option to prevent the issue from occurring again. Throughout the process, Marty was timely in performing the work, excellent in his communication, and performed great work. He was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly reach out to him again. As a side note, he also has great music taste!"

"John called us to let us know what time he would be at our house after getting a description of the work we needed done and quoted us a range. He let us know he was on the way for our appointment and after inspecting the rooms quoted us a fair price. He managed to clean all our surfaces in several hours and they looked amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a fair price for amazing work. He used new equipment that tried almost immediately. Probably not the cheapest but well worth the difference.!!!!!"

"Very good service as to the cleaning itself -- would recommend wholeheartedly. Only problem was that they never called to say they were accepting the offer or to schedule a visit. Then they showed up unannounced on a day I specifically asked via Angie's List that they not come. Only one employee did the work, but he did a super job. I recommend anyone using them to call and make the effort to communicate -- it was lucky that my plans changed and I happened to be home when they came."
