He has the best communication skills of any contractor I've ever worked with. I had special requests from my County and he was diligent in working with them. My mortgage and insurance company both required pictures at various times in order to release funds for payment and he was so patient. You may say, of course, he wanted to get paid; he had several jobs going at the same time and he always treated me as though I was his #1 customer. My roof is beautiful, it's stone coated metal and we love it.
