"I initially found Westfall roofing on Angie's List, but I found personal opinions from many others on a community app called Nextdoor. I obtained 4 quotes and selected Westfall after meeting Brian, who carefully outlined the roof replacement process and answered all my questions. This is a professional, family-owned company who has a long, established history in Tampa Bay. They were extremely organized and returned all of my calls promptly, and when I could not be reached, sent me emails to follow up. Each individual in this company has their own unique task, and if they could not answer my specific question, they contacted the person who could to give me answers to my concerns. The roofers, skylight installers, and site coordinator took the time to show my husband the progress as it occurred and this was all done with great communication. I was apprised of all phases of the work and if there were delays or issues, I was kept informed. The cleanup was remarkable as there were no traces of debris afterwards. Westfall exceeded my expectations. They were honest and made no attempt to persuade me to use shady tactics to get my homeowners insurance to foot the bill despite the age of my roof. The only thing that was inaccurate was the time estimate for completion of the install, (quoted 2 days, actually took around 4) but there were unforseen circumstances with one of the contractors, and I didn't want a rush job, so it didn't matter to me. "Sales and selection process were excellent. Installation was neat and efficient. The installers were highly detail oriented. Finished product looks great. They only issue was it took FOREVER to get the job done. My entry doors and slider were custom but not odd size, the other doors were stock. Contract was signed in early January and installation wasn't until September. So plan ahead. I suppose this was the door manufacturer's fault, but 9 months seems extreme. Permitting was not the hold up. Even my roof was faster than that. (I could have had it installed in late August but we were away, but I'm only talking like 2 weeks difference.)"

There were no shortcuts taken on the materials proposed and no unnecessary add-ons included. Throughout the process, Westfall Roofing, made sure we were proactively updated on next steps and expectations. There was nothing that came as a surprise due to their great communication and attention to detail. There was no work done that deviated from the work order without our prior approval and everything was properly documented with pictures. They also made sure to verify the colors of materials and work to be done on a few occasions to ensure no mistakes occured. On install day, they showed up and knocked out the reroof in just 1 day. To put this into perspective, we have the largest roof in our community and the other homes are taking 2-3 days to complete. Additionally, the permit passed inspection on the first attempt with no rework required. Their site supervisor showed up again the day after the install to confirm and correct any minor areas of concern, prior to inspection. Westfall Roofing excelled in literally every aspect. Knowledge, professionalism, timeliness, communication, speed, quality, follow-up, and pricing are the best I've seen! Highly recommend Westfall Roofing! No need to look elsewhere."
