"Good.  Outside of leaving empty boxes and electrical supply pieces in my wheelbarrow (which I think his assistants did), Jamey is great.  The lights are perfect and they were securely mounted to the trees.  We have great lighting in our fire pit area and on the open drain field to have parties now and a wedding in September!  He ran the electrical in and around tree roots, but left the dirt out of the holes.  We had to hire someone to finish it off.  No big deal, I'd still hire Jamey over any other electrical contractor because he knows what he is doing, and does a thorough, safe, job.  He is also very easy going and understanding about money.  The verbal estimate was much lower than what I ended up paying, and honestly I was shocked, but I understand the terrain they had to work with and they deserved every penny.  One small incident, happened our freezer was unplugged during the time they were working here.  We lost about $400 worth of meats.  We were very upset and no one ever took ownership of it.  That was disappointing.  I think Jamey should just work alone, and not have the assistants he had with him on my most recent job, because I think they don't care about their work environment.  Jamey cares, but he needs to dump his crew.  From now on, he can work here but only alone, or with his cousin."

"Our neighborhood is blessed with a huge number of large oaks. The look and shade is partially what drew us to our new house. Unfortunately shade and two large dogs dont give grass much of a chance to survive. So after a couple of years of replanting efforts I wanted to try something new. I wanted to relandscape the backyard using mulch, flagstone and some shade loving plants. After getting three different ideas and price quotes I selected Shan-Gri-La. Chip Bunch came out to look at the space and light situation and within a couple of days had a plan layed out for us to review. In included the large flagstone but also some much larger stone pieces and a rock garden to help with the water run off. Once approved Chip sourced the flagstone and once that was available we scheduled the job. The crew was able to remove the existing shrubs and lawn and complete the new landscape within a weeks time. Since it was November, I had to wait for spring to see the true final look and I'm very pleased with the outcome. The area held up very well to the dogs and includes a range of plants and shrubs doing well with the highly filtered light. Chip included plants with a variety of colors in them for added visual interest and we're very happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend them and will include in future landscaping projects. <br />"

"We had a problem with the lights dimming and appliances slowing in the house from time to time.  We called PP&L, who came to check and said that we needed a new meter, which PP&L will not do. We called our home warranty service and they called Powersupply.  It was a wonderful experience dealing with them.  <br /> <br /> While they were here installing the new meter, (very professionally, I might add) they noticed that our breaker board contained breakers that were considered unreliable and dangerous and recommended that the board be replaced as soon as possible.  He said that the board would not pass the check the township had to perform in order to certify the meter replacement. A check on the internet showed that the serviceman from Powersupply was absolutely correct, so we asked him for an estimate for the replacement of the board.  He quoted $1500 and said it should be done ASAP. <br /> <br /> The replacement of the meter did not solve our dimming problem so the home warranty people called Powersupply back who could find nothing wrong with the meter or board installation. He took it upon himself to get PP&L back to the house to perform a service wiring inspection and they again said that nothing was wrong.  As the technician from Powersupply was looking up at the service wires coming through a tree in our back yard, he noticed that the insulation had been rubbed off one of the service wires to the house and because it was starting to rain, was sparking which was causing the house lights to dim.  He told the PP&L service people that they needed to replace the wiring to the house, which the PP&L technicians did with a lot of grumbling considering by that time it was pouring down rain. We are eternally grateful to Powersupply for both the things they noticed about the electrical aspects of our home.  I would have them back to do anything electrical in my home without a second thought!!!!!  They are great!"
