"The 6 person team were well trained, knew their part of the strip of the old shingles and new install."

"We had our roof replaced, and gutters installed today by a GREAT crew! They were efficient, hard working guys that not only got the job done but after their clean up you would never know they were here today! Except for the beautiful work they did with our roof or course! Highly recommend!! Extra shout out to Joe Guinter who ensured a smooth process from start to finish today!"

"Frankie is a great person to work with. He communicates well, and his crew did a nice job with our roof installation. There was a technical area of the roof where the shingles meet the roller roofing. I thought they did a very nice job with this area, so we do not have any problems in the future."

"The did the entire job in one day. They came took off old shingles, put down new plywood, and then new shingles. We have a ranch home about 1700 square feet. They draped the area and cleaned up everything . They did an outstanding job, in and out in one day!!!! And, the next day we had a snowstorm . They came when they said they would and the price was so reasonable!"

"When I first had AJ windows out it was to see what their windows were like since I needed to replace 6 of my windows. The son, Zach came out and he was the most professional, non pushy salesman I ever came across. Not only did he make me feel like it was my decision but he treated me like I was his family. At the end of our conversation, I had mentioned I needed to get my roof done this year and he shared with me they also do roofs. Well, let me tell you , not only did they give me a price that I could afford on a single income, but the job they did was extremely spectacular!! My roof looks great! I highly recommend this family owned business for any of your home needs. I’m still waiting for my windows to come in but I will be more than happy to let you know how they turned out. If you are looking for a really good quality roof with very competitive pricing. I highly recommend you reach out to AJ windows."

"Living in a townhome, we had a specific type of roof that was needed. They were able to provide that specific shingle. We understood what was needed to be done. There was a lack of communication between the supervisor of the job site and us. Weather delayed them arriving, but there was no phone call to tell us that. We needed to call to find out when they were going to come out and replace our roof. We understood but would have liked them to reach out to us instead of us calling after them. The first part of the crew arrived around 7 am, but they had to wait for the rest of the crew, which did not arrive until around 9 am. They backed up to the front door that we were not able to open our door. The crew put tarps down in the front and the back of the house to catch the old roof. The crew was not as cautious with how they threw down materials. Some landed on our neighbors decks. Our one neighbor told us that they had to move it because it almost hit her screen in her sliding glass door and tore the screen. They did have the roof replaced in one day and picked up after themselves. They did go to both our neighbors and picked up the materials they threw down. Overall they are a good company, and I would recommend them."

"Just completed replacing our roof and gutters with Simplistik. The roof and gutters looks great. Good communication and fair pricing. Work was completed in the time frame promised. Bill was great to work with on this project. Highly recommend."

"USA roofing came in on dates planned , ripped off 3 layers of old shingles, did awesome clean up, and installed new metal roof beautifully. As an ex roofer myself, these guys did a fabulous job, crew answered any and all questions with much knowledge behind it. Couldnt be more satisfied ...."

"Only issue I have had is the finance company. No complaints with the product or installation"
