The final cost for replacing the roof was exactly what he stated in the estimate. There were no hidden costs or fees, and the job was completed in the time he estimated. We set a date for him to start work. He and his crew arrived on time and worked for two full days. His crew were also extremely capable, and worked diligently removing our old roofing shingles and putting on the new roofing material and shingles. Our roof is not a simple one. We have many peaks and valleys and a large skylight. They not only did an excellent job on the roof but also did a great job of cleaning up.
