"The guys were very nice and did eventually remove the tree. They told me they would remove the stump, but didn’t. I paid in full before the job was finished. So the joke was on me as they never came back and didn’t respond to messages. Before they disappeared I gave them every opportunity to revise the quote because I think they underbid, but they insisted that it was fine."
