He said none of these concerns interfered with the safety or integrity of our roof, and explained everything in a way that a layperson such as me would understand. In short, Rick said our roof is in great shape and doesn’t need to have anything done at all. He could have simply agreed with the other contractor and racked up more business for himself if he had wanted to do so; instead he didn’t charge me a cent for his time and effort although I would have been very happy to pay for the peace of mind he gave me. I’m happy to recommend RC Roofing for anyone who needs to get an honest expert opinion."

"Rudy gave us an estimate that was very competitive and much more comprehensive than the other estimates we received. He made sure there would be nothing unexpected or any unwelcome surprises. This was a big job on a house that the roof had been long neglected. There was a lot of wood repair that had to be done before the new roof could go on. This included both the house and a wooden patio cover. Wood replacement was the bulk of the cost. Both Rudy, and Tito, the job foreman, made suggestions along the way on things we could consider to help defray some of the costs at the same time making the house look really good. The crew showed up each day on time, were respectful of the property, cleaned up each day before departing, and all in all were always professional. The roof replacement included a lot of skylights (13 including the patio). We were opting for the cheaper “big box store” white skylights. Rudy had me look at an amber custom skylight in comparison and we ended up going with those. Night and day difference. They look so good and we are so thankful for his recommendation. (The company made nothing on the skylights, just made sure they had a very happy customer.) Yes, it cost a little more, but not that much and the visual difference is incredible! So pleased with the overall job. I highly recommend Sequoia Roofing for your roofing job!"

"It was a nice experience from start to finish. To Leon there’s no such thing as a small job although later it became bigger because I had all the rotting facia whole or partial replaced . Add to that the relatively new patio roof that was done very poorly and badly by a previous company was also replaced. All these add ons were ok with Leon and the good news is the price was still reasonable and within my budget. I gave 4 stars only because the replacement shingle was a bit off ."

"I developed a number of leaks during the rainstorms this spring. I went on HomeAdvisor to find a roofer. I received 2 quotes, one from Zenith Roofing Services and one from a company out of the county. Brian, the owner of Zenith was at my house within 2 days and gave me a professionally prepared proposal. Brians proposal covered removing major portions of the cement tiles, replacing the underlayment with updated materials. The other proposal just spot treated the leaking areas. The choice was easy as the prices were comparable and I prefer to work with local contractors. As soon as the rains stopped Brian was here and 4 days later (working through the weekend) my roof was repaired. Brian is a professional and I would recommend him without reservation."
