"When I found out my chimney siding was Masonite (who the heck knows why someone would use that on the exterior )! I changed the scope to replace the siding on the entire chimney above the roof. Easton declined to do that work. However they were very responsive to my initial request and their price was reasonable. I decided to patch the hole myself and postpone bids to replace the siding on the entire chimney when I save up the money required."

"It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

"Elite did a full replacement job of old, dried out and cracked wood siding with Hardie Board. They repaired, replaced, or covered all trim, soffets, and fascias. They then painted to colors of our choice unlike other companies that only do stock Hardie Board colors. Their crews were great -- courteous, clean, and professional. Harris and Kosta delivered, and the work has transformed the outside of our home. Their price was very competitive and a great deal for the depth and quality of the work. "We had an amazing experience with Bordner Home Improvement on our siding project. From Armond taking my first call and answering questions, to Joel talking us through each option and helping us decide colors (we picked Deep Ocean and Artic White trim). From Stefanie and Crystal in the office helping with questions along the way and Cliff being available almost all day, every day during our week of install. I had so much anxiety the week of construction, not knowing what they'd find tearing off siding on a 66 year old house. Cliff was so patient and walked us through every issue that came up.
