Wayne not only came out but he quickly fixed the problem. I had no other source of heat and could not get out to pick up the heaters I ordered from Walmart plus I was very sick that day. Wayne actually went to Walmart for me (his idea) and got me the heaters I needed. That was above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about this man.
