"We had an excellent experience working with Crystal and Volunteer Flooring & Design on our flooring project. Crystal coordinated the removal of our old carpet and the installation of our new laminate wood flooring from start to finish. Crystal oversaw the installation team’s work when we were unable to be home, ensured everything stayed on track, and was there to answer any questions we had along the way. I would recommend Volunteer Floor & Design to anyone looking for flooring services. They helped make the process as stress free as possible."

"Hired to install attic stairs and flooring in our attic. Very professional and did a great job!! Would absolutely recommend them"

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"

"Jair was very quick to response to my Angie request for a quote. He quoted me a very reasonable quote for labor. On day of installation Jair went to Floor and Decor and picked up the materials and was completed with installation much quicker than I expected and the floor turned out looking great."

"In December 2018 we contracted with Grigore Hardwood Flooring to install Brazilian cherry flooring in our foyer, after first removing 40-year old ceramic floor tile and the concrete/mortar base it rested on. The price was reasonable, and the result was outstanding! We began with inspections and quotes from Grigore and another flooring company with excellent reputation. Both companies responded promptly. Perhaps a significant reason we chose Grigore were the examples of decorative flooring shown on his website. We chose to have our dark Brazilian cherry highlighted by a border of the dark wood and light maple. The tear-out was more work than anticipated, but Grigore and his crew did a great job of preparing the new subfloor. Indeed, his carpenter who did most of the prep work and finished flooring was highly skilled and did excellent work. We could not have been more pleased."

"They came prepared to replace part of my carpet with Laminate wood flooring. It was an odd shaped area, and they did an excellent job. Thanks"

"we used Riley and his company to install a new floor over an existing floor in an older commercial-type building for our organization, which required them to even out the floor in some areas. They were prompt and professional throughout the process and helped us select the best product for our building. They completed the job before schedule and worked with us to meet our budget. We are very pleased with the job they did and recommend them for any residential or commercial project you may have."

"Great communication, fair pricing, efficient and professional installation. Would definitely recommend."

"Work completed on time and as quoted. We bought the material, they picked it up and completed the entire flooring in 1-1/2 days - did an excellent job. We highly recommend them."
