"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"We were very impressed with their responsiveness. Our stove wouldn't heat, and they were able to send a repairman the same day. He had the part on hand so was able to fix the issue in one trip. It was no more than five hours from when we realized the stove was broken to when it was fixed and ready to go! The repairman also took the time to explain the issue, and we were pleased with his service."

"I have had this company out 6 times to repair my Samsung refrigerator and each time they claim to have fixed the issue, it still does not cool. Samsung refuses to send another company due to the warranty. This company continues to fail at diagnosing the issue and will not mark the unit as unrepairable because all they want to do is keep getting easy money from Samsung. Avoid at all costs. My fridge has been unusable for 7 weeks and all I get is “I really do apologize” and it doesn’t help when I’m living out of a mini fridge."

"Larry is the best handyman ever!!! He is so educated and experienced in anything “home” you would need! He helped us get out house ready for sale and due to his great quick and professional work our house sold in 23 hours!!! He was a joy to work with and never steered us into expensive repairs. I hate to give him a great review because I don’t want to share such a wonderful resource—-only kidding! "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
